User Profile and Acceptance

Project Form

By signing the User Profile and Acceptance form the user affirms that he / she read the User’s Guide and agrees to its contents.

The training is required for everyone who wants to have access to the FIB instruments. The maximum number of participants per training session is 4 persons. The training lasts about 4 - 5 hours where a main operator demonstrates the basic handling and safety procedures needed to properly work with the FIB instruments.

After the training each participant has to write protocoll and give it to the main operator who held the training. If this protocoll is accepted the user will get access to the scheduling system. The first session will be attended by one of the main operators to ensure that all procedures and safety issues are understood by the user. If the user shows a solid comprehension for handling the FIB instrument he/she is allowed to access the instrument during prime time (8:00 am - 6:00pm) without supervision.
